KPU is located in Alexandria, Virginia. The KPU campus consists of a pleasant, spacious building that occupies a total of 3,600 square feet of space. The campus building contains classrooms, the library information center, faculty and student conferencehall, and administrative offices. The AMC Alexandria INC (Asian medical Center), also located on campus, is comprised of three patient treatment rooms, an herbal pharmacy, and one clinical office, and serves as KPU's primary clinical teaching facility.

The Campus is a short distance from Washington D.C., noted for its history, museums, rich cultural life, and diversity of inhabitantas,  ethnic groups, markets, and restaurants. Located near the juncture of several major highways (including I-95, 395, 66, 495, and Fairfax County Parkway), the campus is easily accessible from Springfield, Fairfax, Burke, Annandale, Centreville, Maryland, and Washington D.C.
